Day capsule:

Sage extract (Salvia Officinalis L.), maca root extract (Brassicaceae Lepidium meyenii W.), capsule shell: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose and color (iron oxide), Rhodiola root extract (Rhodiola rosea L.), white rice powder, maltodextrin, anti-caking agents (magnesium stearate and silicon dioxide), vitamin B12 (mannitol and cyanocobalamin), vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride), vitamin D (cholecalciferol, starch and sucrose).

Night capsule:

Valerian root extract (Valeriana officinalis L.), sage extract (Salvia Officinalis L.), lemon balm extract (Melissa officinalis L.), capsule shell: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, purple carrot, white rice powder, maltodextrin, anti-caking agents (magnesium stearate and silicon dioxide), vitamin D (cholecalciferol, starch and sucrose).

For 1 capsule a day:

Maca Extract (80 mg), Equivalent to Maca Root (1600 mg), Sage Extract (150 mg), Equivalent to Sage (450 mg), Rhodiola Extract (40 mg), Vitamin D3 (2.5 µg), Vitamin B6 (1.4 mg), Vitamin B12 (2.5 µg).

For 1 night capsule:

Sage Extract (80 mg), Sage Equivalent (240 mg), Valerian Root Extract (120 mg), Lemon Balm (80 mg), Vitamin D3 (2.5 µg).
