Scots pine provides an essential oil already known to many grandmothers, who benefited from its balsamic action on the bronchi through inhalation.

It prefers mountains, sandy or gravelly soils, has a purple-grey bark, robust needle-shaped leaves, yellow male flowers and red female flowers, a green ovoid cone that turns brown as it matures.

How to take Chemotyped Scots Pine essential oil – needle?

It is recommended to ingest 1 drop on a neutral support 3 times a day. Maximum recommended daily dose of oil: 3 drops – 100 mg

Formula to diffuse and obtain purified air during the winter: 20 drops of AEQT Scots Pine + 20 drops of AEQT Palo de Hô + 20 drops of AEQT Ravintsara + 40 drops of lemon essence. 6 to 8 drops of this synergy in the water of an ultrasonic diffuser for 30 minutes in continuous mode or for 2 hours in discontinuous mode. 2 to 3 times a day depending on the presence of people and the risk of contagion.
