How to take Floradix Iron?

It is recommended to shake the bottle well before use. Do not drink directly from the bottle and use the supplied measuring cup. Take about 30 minutes before main meals. 10 ml twice a day. Alternatively, 20 ml once a day.

Composition of Floradix Iron

Aqueous extract of carrot, aqueous extract of nettle leaves, aqueous extract of spinach leaves, aqueous extract of grass root, aqueous extract of fennel fruits, aqueous extract of seaweed, aqueous extract of hibiscus flowers. Blend of fruit juice concentrates (29.4%): pear and grape juice concentrate, blackcurrant juice, blackberry juice concentrate, cherry, orange, beetroot, carob extract, water, lemon and apple juice concentrate. Aqueous soft extract of yeast (Saccharomyces cerevisiae), honey, aqueous soft extract of rosehip with 4% vitamin C. Ferrous gluconate, wheat germ extract, vitamin C, natural flavors, vitamin B1, vitamin B2, vitamin B6 and vitamin B12.

Per 20 ml:

Iron (15 mg), Vitamin B1 (1.6 mg), Vitamin B2 (1.8 mg), Vitamin B6 (0.8 mg), Vitamin B12 (1.2 mcg), Vitamin C (16 mg).
