Properties and benefits of Lavender essential oil

• Cosmetic for aromatic skin care. Mix max. 12 drops in 50 ml of organic SPRING almond oil.
• Massage oil after exercise: add 2 drops of organic grapefruit and 8 drops of lavin demeter to 50 ml of organic St. John’s wort oil and use as sports massage oil.
• Invigorating leg spray for heavy legs: add 20 drops of lavin demeter to 100 ml of organic immortelle water. Shake well and spray on legs.
