How to take Sleep and rest?

It is recommended, unless otherwise advised, to take 2 capsules a day during or immediately after dinner.

Magnesium citrate, magnesium bisglycinate, capsule wall (hydroxypropylmethylcellulose), Griffonia simplicifolia, Valeriana officinalis, gamma-aminobutyric acid (GABA), Withania somnifera, Passiflora incarnata, rice extract blend, vitamin B3 (nicotinamide), active vitamin B6 (pyridoxal-5′-phosphate), melatonin, active folic acid (acid (6S)-5-methyltetrahydrofolic/glucosamine salt), methylcobalamin.
