This complex combines the well-known essential oils of clementine, noble chamomile, lavender and lemon balm. Their actions complement each other to act in synergy. This mixture is made on a base of Perilla oil rich in omega 3.

Perilla vegetable oil, extracted from the seeds by first cold pressing, represents an excellent source of polyunsaturated fatty acids. Compared to other vegetable oils, perilla seed oil is the richest source of omega 3 fatty acids: alpha-linolenic acid (64%). It also provides omega 6 fatty acids: linoleic acid, and omega 9: oleic acid. Our ancestors had a diet that maintained an equal ratio between omega 3 and 6. Modern eating habits have led to an imbalance in this balance between omega 3 and 6, with a 20 times greater contribution of omega 6. The normal ratio between omega 6/omega 3 for good health should be 2 or 3.

Maintenance program: 2 capsules per day 1 hour before bedtime.

Attack program: 6 capsules per day 1 hour before going to bed.

It is suggested to start with 6 capsules / day and then adjust as needed
