Olimp Gain Bolic 6000® is a multi-ingredient powdered weight gainer combining three distinct protein sources with varying absorption rateswhey protein concentrate, micellar casein and ultrafiltered egg albuminwith a carbohydrate blend (maltodextrin and dextrose). Protein contributes to the growth and maintenance of muscle mass. The formula has been enriched with creatine monohydrate (1500 mg) and taurine (500 mg), as well as MCT oil.

Suggested use:

1-3 servings daily between meals or approximately 1 hour before and after training. Dissolve 1 serving (100 g = 2 scoops) in 170 ml of water using a shaker for at least 10 seconds.
