How to take Sub-9 Pro Duplo of Salts and Electrolytes with Caffeine?

It is recommended to take 1 capsule 30 minutes before and after exercise. And 1 capsule every 30-60 minutes during exercise, with at least a glass of water during intake (150ml).
Maximum recommended daily dose: 5 capsules.
