Essential oil is obtained by steam distillation of the aerial parts. This process involves removing the volatile components (essential oil) from the leaves and twigs with water vapor. The steam then condenses into the essence, separating the essential oils from the hydrosol (water).

How to take Organic Bitter Orange Essential Oil?

It is recommended to dilute 1 drop of essential oil in a neutral tablet, a sugar tablet, or a spoonful of honey. Do not swallow neat.
