How to take Organic Chamomile Essential Oil?

Inhalation:

• Directly from the container
• Pour 2-3 drops onto a paper tissue and bring it to the nose
• Pour 2-3 drops onto your tissue, scarf…
• Steam: pour 5-6 drops into a container with very hot water (approximately 1L) and breathe the steam with your head covered with a towel and eyes closed.

Diffusion:

• Pour 5-6 drops into the water of your aroma diffuser (approximately 150 ml of water).
• Pour a few drops into a bowl with hot water

Topical application (for 50 ml of excipient)

• Body and massage: dilute 20 to 30 drops in 50 ml of vegetable oil
• Facial: dilute 5 to 10 drops in 50 ml of vegetable oil. (For 25 ml of vegetable oil reduce the quantity to 3-5 drops of essential oil)
• Foot: dilute 30 to 40 drops in 50 ml of vegetable oil
• Hair: dilute 10-12 drops in 50 ml of vegetable oil (or floral water)
• Homemade cosmetics preparation: Use the indicated doses according to the application (facial, body, etc.) for 50 ml of excipient (cream, lotion, tonic, mask, soap, shampoo, etc.)

Bath:

Dilute a few drops in a tablespoon of vegetable oil and pour it into the bath water. Stir well.
