It is recommended to take 1 tablet a day.

Precautions

Not suitable from a nutritional point of view, for pregnant and lactating women and for children under 5 years of age. Product not intended for people who do not need to control their cholesterol levels. Plant sterol intake should not exceed 3 g/day. Patients taking cholesterol-lowering medications are advised to consume the product only under medical supervision. Not recommended for women with a personal or family history of breast cancer. Keep out of the reach of children.
