How to take Osteobliss?

Powder of: Amalaki (Phyllanthus emblica L.) fructus, Long pepper (Piper longum L.) fructus. Powder of: Vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol). Excipients: microcrystalline cellulose, gum arabic.
