How to take Pack itestvita® enzymes + sikapur® med?

IntestVita® enzymes: It is recommended to take one capsule twice a day with main meals.

Sikapur® med:

• In case of acute discomfort, both children and adults should take 2 sachets, 3 to 5 times a day directly or diluted in water or tea, between meals and, if necessary, immediately before going to bed.
• After relief of discomfort, treatment can be continued for a few days, taking 1 sachet (15 ml) 3 times a day.
• In case of chronic discomfort, adults should take 1 sachet (15 ml) directly or diluted in water or tea 3 times a day on an empty stomach or between meals.
