How to take Peppermint essential oil bio?

It is recommended to take a maximum of 2 drops of peppermint essential oil 3 times a day on a neutral Puressentiel tablet (or 1 teaspoon of honey, olive oil, or 1/4 sugar). Do not use pure peppermint essential oil without carrier, or mixed with water.

Equivalence: 1ml = 32 drops (for 10ml).
Equivalence: 1ml = 31 drops (for 30ml).
