How to take Permeacare probiotics start?

It is recommended to consume it for 2 and a half months.

Phase 1: Take one capsule 1 and one capsule 2 with a glass of water for 30 days.
Phase 2: Take one capsule 3 with a glass of water for 15 days.
Phase 3: Take one capsule and one sachet dissolved in 100 ml of water for 30 days.

L-glutamine, Bulking agent (Microcrystalline cellulose), Zinc oxide, Anti-caking agents (Silicon dioxide, Magnesium salts of fatty acids), Cholecalciferol (Vitamin D3), Pyridoxine hydrochloride (Vitamin B6). Vegetable capsule: Hydroxypropylmethylcellulose.

Yellow capsule:
Dry extract of Turmeric (Curcuma longa L., Curcumin (>95%)), Dry extract of Boswellia (Boswellia serrata Roxb. Ex Colebr., Boswellic acid (65%)), Bulking agent (Microcrystalline cellulose), Anti-caking agents (Silicon dioxide, Magnesium salts of fatty acids), Dry extract of Black pepper (Piper nigrum L., Piperine (>95%)). Vegetable capsule: Hydroxypropylmethylcellulose.

Red capsule:
Maltodextrin, Saccharomyces boulardii, Anti-caking agent (Silicon dioxide, Magnesium salts of fatty acids). Vegetable capsule: Hydroxypropylmethylcellulose.

Sachet:
