Pineal tens from Laborest is a food supplement based on Magnesium bisglycinate and L-tryptophan, combined with Niacin, Vitamin B2 and Vitamin D3. Pineal Tens provides a high dosage of Magnesium making it usable for its functions at a physiological level.

Properties and benefits of Pineal Tens

L-Tryptophan is an essential amino acid: it is not produced endogenously and therefore must be integrated into the diet, where it represents on average only 1% of the amino acids consumed.
