Eladiet’s Good Night Total is a two-layer food supplement that helps you fall asleep quickly and get a good quality rest. Based on melatonin, Gabaglicin 6® Complex, valerian, California poppy, passionflower and vitamin B3.

How to take Good night all?

It is recommended to take 1 tablet at night, half an hour before going to bed.

Precautions

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a balanced diet. Keep out of the reach and sight of young children. Eladiet recommends following a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Do not consume during pregnancy and/or breastfeeding. The beneficial effect is obtained with an intake of 1 mg of melatonin shortly before going to sleep.
