Linseed oil (Linum usitatissinum L.), marine gelatin, fish oil rich in marine omega-3, humectant: glycerol, vitamin C, thickener: glycerol mono- and di-stearate, zinc citrate, water, carotenoids from Dunaliella salina, thickener: colloidal silica, colouring agent: iron oxide, vitamin B6, antioxidant: tocopherol-rich extract, vitamin D3, flavouring, vitamin K, selenium, soy lecithin.

Flaxseed oil rich in plant omega-3 (327 mg) including ALA (200 mg), Fish oil rich in marine omega-3 (200 mg) including DHA (80 mg) including EPA (12 mg), Vitamin C (90 mg), natural vitamin E (10 mg), zinc (10 mg), beta-carotene (4.8 mg), vitamin B6 (2.6 mg), vitamin K1 (0.11 mg), selenium (25 µg), vitamin D3 (5 µg).
