How to take Sub-9 Double Salts and Electrolytes?

It is recommended to take 1 capsule 30 minutes before and after exercise. And 1 capsule every 30-60 minutes during exercise, with at least one glass of water during intake (150ml).

Composition of Sub-9 Double Salts and Electrolytes

Sodium chloride, glazing agent (hydroxypropyl methylcellulose), magnesium citrate, potassium chloride, ginger root powder (Zingiber officinalis roscoe)(Root), magnesium gluconate, potassium citrate, anti-caking agent (magnesium salts of fatty acids), calcium citrate, calcium gluconate, anti-caking agent (silicon dioxide), cholecalciferol (vitamin D) and pyridoxine hydrochloride (vitamin B6).
