Properties and benefits of Pre-B fiber

Prebiotics have been widely studied for their beneficial effects on the gut microbiome. Several clinical studies have shown that prebiotics selectively increase levels of probiotic Bifidobacterium species and even Lactobacillus in the gut. Adults consuming prebiotics show significant increases in levels of Bifidobacterium in their gut microbiota, in addition to other butyrate-producing bacteria such as Ruminococcus, Oscillospira, and Faecalibacterium.

How to take Pre-B fiber?

It is recommended to take 1 measuring spoon (10 g) a day dissolved in a glass of water or juice. Mix well before taking the product. It is preferable to space out the intake of medication.
