How to take Pure Melatonin Drops?

It is recommended to take approximately 1 ml (equivalent to 1 mg of melatonin), pure or diluted in water. The beneficial effect of reducing the time needed to fall asleep is achieved by taking 1 mg of melatonin shortly before bedtime. The beneficial effect of alleviating the effects of jet lag is achieved by taking a minimum of 0.5 mg of melatonin shortly before bedtime on the first day of travel and for a few days after arrival at your destination.
