Marnys Chitomar contains Chitosan, a dietary fiber of marine origin:

Chitosan has the property of complexing fats and contributes to the maintenance of normal HDL levels in the blood (EFSA).

Vitamin C contributes to normal energy metabolism and the reduction of tiredness and fatigue, as well as to the cellular protection from oxidative stress (EFSA).

Marnys Chitomar is a dietary supplement for those who want to support the control of blood lipids, as well as monitor body shape.

Chitosan is a natural polysaccharide derived from the partial deacetylation of chitin (from crustaceans), allowing solubility even in acidic-aqueous solutions (such as the intestinal environment). The Chitosan in the Marnys Chitomar formulation has 90% deacetylation, which confers high solubility in acidic-aqueous solution and facilitates absorption within the gastrointestinal tract.

How to take Chitomar?

It is recommended to take 1 capsule, 3 times a day, preferably before main meals.
