Per 2 capsules: Sea buckthorn oil (1004 mg) of which monounsaturated fatty acids (480 mg) providing: Omega-7 palmitoleic acid (240 mg), Omega-7 cis-vaccenic acid (60 mg) and Omega-7 oleic acid (180 mg), polyunsaturated fatty acids (300 mg) providing: Omega-3 alpha-linolenic acid (130 mg) and Omega-6 linoleic acid (170 mg), Vitamin E (4 mg), Vitamin A (beta-carotene) (130 mcg).
