The borage oil (high in GLA) contained in Marnys Boragemar pearls has been obtained from the seeds of Borago officinalis by cold pressing, a mechanical process carried out at low temperatures, preserving the beneficial properties of the fatty acids and without chemical additives.

How to take Boragemar Borage Oil?

It is recommended to take 2 capsules a day, before meals.
