Sura Vitasan’s concentrated apple cider vinegar is a fermented product based on apple juice. In a first phase (anaerobic fermentation), ethanol (cider) is generated from the sugars in apple juice, since in a second phase (aerobic fermentation) the bacteria convert the ethanol in the cider into acetic acid.

How to take Apple cider vinegar?

It is advisable to take ¼ teaspoon (0.7 g) a day. To make a traditional apple cider vinegar, mix ¼ teaspoon with 50 ml of water.
