How to take B Complex?

Recommended for adults and youths from 12 years: take 20 ml once a day. Children from 6 to 11 years: take 10 ml once a day. Children from 3 to 5 years: take 5 ml once a day.

This product contains neither alcohol nor preservatives. To avoid fermentation of the contents, the bottle immediately after each use, always store it in the refrigerator in an upright position, and consume within a period not exceeding 4 weeks.

The unopened bottle must be kept in a dry, cool place (5-25 °C).

Composition of B Complex

Aqueous extract (45%) of yarrow, watercress herb, spinach leaves, olive leaves, galangal rhizome, ginger rhizome, rosehip skin. Blend of fruit juice concentrates (36%) of: pear, apricot, orange, carob extract, passion fruit, lemon, grape, apple. Water, thickener (locust bean gum), nicotinamide (niacin), riboflavin (riboflavin-5-sodium phosphate), vitamin B6 1.40 mg (pyridoxine hydrochloride), thiamine (thiamine hydrochloride), biotin, vitamin B12 (methylcobalamin), natural flavours.
