Properties and benefits of Orange Blossom Essential Oil

It is an essential oil extracted from the orange blossom, from organic farming. The orange tree is 5 to 10 m long. Originally from India, it was introduced into Europe thanks to the Crusades.

The Arabs cultivated it extensively near Seville, Spain. It has a smaller fruit than the sweet orange and has a rougher, green or yellow skin.

How to take Orange Blossom Essential Oil?

It is recommended to take 2 drops 3 times a day in a neutral support (150 mg), such as honey, cane sugar or vegetable oil.
