How to take Recuperat-Ion Oral Serum (Yogurt Flavor)?

It is recommended in case of diarrhea, to prevent dehydration. In the case of children, take 10 ml per kilo of body weight after each liquid stool. Follow a normal diet. For children over 40 kg and adults, drink according to thirst. In case of slight dehydration (less than 5% by weight). Take 30-50 ml per kilo of body weight for 4 hours. After these 4 hours, follow the guidelines above, and in case of vomiting, take the Recuperat-ion ORS oral rehydration solution in small sips every 3-5 minutes.
