• Red yeast rice is an ingredient obtained by fermentation of rice by the fungus Monascus purpureus, a process during which various substances belonging to the group of monacolins are naturally generated.

• Provides 2.99 mg of total monacolins per daily dose, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2022/860, which establishes that red yeast rice food supplements must contain less than 3 mg of monacolins per daily dose. Of these, 2.77 mg correspond to monacolin K, one of the monacolins naturally present in the fermentation process.

• Includes coenzyme Q10, an endogenous molecule present in all cells of the body, where it participates in metabolic processes related to energy production. The inclusion of CoQ10 in the formula allows to complement its supply in addition to the diet.

How to take Red yeast rice and coenzyme Q10?

It is recommended to take 1 capsule a day before dinner and accompanied by a glass of liquid.
The capsule can be opened for ingestion. However, it is always better for the gastric mucosa to take the capsule whole.
