It is recommended to take 3 tablets before the two main meals for adults and adolescents over 12 years old. For children aged 8 to 12 years old: 2 tablets before the two main meals.

Take the dose indicated on the package with a full glass of water, swallowing only one tablet at a time. Do not chew or break the tablets with your teeth.

Those who have swallowing problems can dissolve LibraMed tablets in warm water or unsweetened infusions, stirring until completely dissolved. The resulting drink should be consumed within a few minutes, before the gel forms.

Precautions

People with swallowing problems are advised not to take the tablets directly, as they must be dissolved beforehand.
