  *By “away from meals” we mean an hour from the last meal or an hour from the next.

NB: If you feel a heaviness in your stomach when you ingest the capsules on an empty stomach, we recommend taking the product together with a small bite (fruit, yogurt, biscuit, seeds, etc.).
