Small shrub with hardy leaves common in the low mountains of the Mediterranean region of North Africa. Its leaves are linear, leathery, resistant, with parallel edges rolled underneath. Its flowers are bluish, sometimes white. The chemotype cineole rosemary produces an essential oil similar to that of eucalyptus radiata and camphor.
Its oil is used for the same indications and they are associated with each other to obtain a superior synergy effect.

How to take Rosemary chemotyped essential oil with cineole – flowering top?

Take 1 to 2 drops on a neutral support (honey, cane sugar or vegetable oil) maximum 3 drops a day. Maximum recommended daily dose of oil: 3 drops – 100 mg.
