How to take Liofibra relief?

We recommend 3 tablets 2 times a day to be taken with plenty of water (minimum 2 glasses), away from main meals.
In the first 2-3 days it is preferable to start with 1 tablet 2 times a day and gradually increase up to the recommended dose within 8-10 days.

Precautions

Do not exceed the recommended dose. Supplements are not intended as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and must be used in the context of a healthy lifestyle. The product must be kept out of the reach of children under three years of age.
Do not take the product in cases of difficulty in swallowing.
The integration of the diet with fiber can reduce the absorption of certain drugs if taken simultaneously and can also be contraindicated in the presence of particular gastrointestinal diseases.
Fiber supplementation is not indicated for children in early childhood.
The increased intake of fiber in the diet, especially in the case of food styles that are poor in it, normally requires a natural period of adaptation by the body which on average resolves after 8 – 10 days.
