It is recommended to take one chewable tablet daily with food or a glass of water.

Elderberry (Sambucus nigra)(berry extract)(provides 2% polyphenols), Vitamin C (ascorbic acid)(from tapioca root), Sweetener: xylitol, Organic inulin, Bulking agent: maltodextrin; Bacillus coagulans, Flavoring: natural elderberry flavor, Anti-caking agent: stearic acid; Monk fruit (fruit extract); Zinc (gluconate), Anti-caking agent: silicon dioxide, Sweetener: stevia (steviol glycosides), Antioxidant: citric acid.

Elderberry (Sambucus nigra)(berry extract)(provides 8 mg (2%) polyphenols)(400 mg), Vitamin C (as ascorbic acid)(from tapioca root)(200 mg), Bacillus coagulans (provides 1.5 billion live organisms) (100 mg), Zinc (gluconate)(15 mg).
