How to take Vitacrecil complex forte (hair and nails)?

It is recommended to take 2 capsules a day with meals, for a minimum of 3 months.

L-cystine, iron (ferrous sulfate), zinc (zinc sulfate), bulking agent (cellulose), anti-caking agents (magnesium stearate and talc), pantothenic acid (calcium D-pantothenate), vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride), biotin (D-biotin), capsule: gelatin, dyes E-171, E-172 and E-131).
