How to take Iron?

It is recommended to take 1 capsule a day, preferably ½ hour before breakfast (in the morning), along with a glass of water.

Bulking agent: microcrystalline cellulose; Lipofer® (corn starch, ferric diphosphate (ferric pyrophosphate), anti-caking agent: sunflower lecithin); L-ascorbic acid (vitamin C); glazing agent: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose; anti-caking agents: magnesium salts of fatty acids and talc.
