How to take Serylax intestinal transit?

It is recommended to pour the powder into approximately 1 glass (200 ml) of water or juice, depending on preference, or also into hot water as an infusion. Mix until the powder dissolves and drink. It is recommended for ages 3 and up. Take one sachet a day, preferably in the morning.
