How to take Vital Plus Man?

It is recommended to mix the food in a shaker or glass with juice, water or another liquid to taste (not hot) and shake well.

Adults: Start with 1/2 tablespoon at each feeding and increase by half a tablespoon every three days until you reach 1, 1 (1/2) or 2 tablespoons at each feeding.

Children (3 to 12 years): Start with 1/4 of a tablespoon at each feeding and increase by one tablespoon every three days until you reach 1.1 (1/2) tablespoons.

You can increase or decrease the amount as needed. If you want to gain weight, eat immediately after taking it.
