How to take Vitanatur Defenses?

If you take 3 capsules: 1 with breakfast, 1 with lunch and 1 with dinner or 2 with breakfast and 1 with dinner. It is recommended to take for 4 weeks, rest for 2 weeks and repeat this guideline during the winter.
