SUB9 salts are an evolution of Electrolytes Salts, thinking about continued intake during longer exercises. It is a food supplement based on Ginger, Vitamins and Minerals.

Indicated for situations of dehydration, accumulation of lactic acid and/or muscle cramps during exercise.

How to take Sub-9 Salts and electrolytes?

It is recommended to take 1 capsule 30 minutes before and after exercise. And 1 capsule every 30 to 60 minutes during exercise, with at least one glass of water (150 ml).

Sodium chloride, glazing agent (hydroxypropyl methylcellulose), magnesium citrate, potassium chloride, ginger root powder (Zingiber officinalis roscoe)(Root), magnesium gluconate, potassium citrate, anti-caking agent (magnesium salts of fatty acids), calcium citrate, calcium gluconate, anti-caking agent (silicon dioxide), cholecalciferol (vitamin D) and pyridoxine hydrochloride (vitamin B6).
