How to take SymbioLact Pur digestive probiotic – 2 strains?

Pour the content of an envelope into a glass, add a little water (approximately 100 ml) and stir until dissolved.

Adults: 1 about 1 or 2 times a day during a meal.

Children: 1 out of 1 time a day.

Fruit juices are not suitable for dissolving the product.
