How to take The essentials pack?

Magnesium Bisglycinate Plus

• It is recommended to take 1 capsule, twice a day. The capsule can be opened for ingestion. However, it is always better for the gastric mucosa to take the capsule whole.

Vitamin D3 & K2

• It is recommended to take 1 pearl per day.

Omega 3

• Recommended daily dose: Take 3 pearls per day with a glass of water, preferably with meals.
