How to take Ergy C vitamin C and antioxidants?

Recommended for adults: 1 to 3 scoops per day, according to needs, to dilute in a glass of water (150 ml) or to mix the powder directly into a compote. For children 3 to 10 years old, half a dose per day (200 mg); do not exceed the recommended daily dose of vitamin C (200 mg). 1 scoop of 1 g included in the jar.
