Charcoal by Longlife is a supplement of activated charcoal with lemon balm and fennel, indicated for intestinal swelling, dyspepsia and hyperproduction of gas.

Properties and benefits of Coal

This supplement contains activated charcoal, a very effective compound for the treatment of meteorism, gastrointestinal dyspepsia and in the manifestations of overproduction of gas. Activated carbon is also used as an adjuvant in antidiarrheal therapies, as a detoxifying agent and as an adjuvant in case of high levels of LDL lipoproteins. The activation of the carbon allows to increase the area of the adsorbent surface in which the tiny particles retain the air that can develop in the stomach and intestines, favoring its elimination.

How to take Coal?

It is recommended to take 2 tablets with water at least 30 minutes before a meal and 2 tablets immediately after.
