How to take Travel Forte?

We recommend taking 1 capsule a day for a week before departure; 2 capsules per day during the stay. On return, continue with 1 capsule per day for 3 days. The capsules should be taken during breakfast or lunch (on a full stomach). It is also recommended for children ages 6 and up.
