Properties and benefits of Borage vegetable oil

Borage vegetable oil is exceptionally rich in polyunsaturated fatty acids and vitamin A, D, E, K. The seeds contain 29.8 to 38.0% oil. It is composed of original fatty acids and is very rich in particular in gamma linolenic acid (vitamin F) which makes it an oil widely used in dietetics. Borage oil has long been used in herbal tea.
