How to take Lactosul orange flora?

It is recommended to take 1 sachet a day, preferably in the morning. Dissolve the contents of the sachet directly in the mouth, without the need for water. It has a pleasant orange flavour. It is not necessary to dilute it in water or mix it with food, although, if preferred, it can be taken diluted in water, cold milk or mixed with yoghurt.
