How to take cPNI – 1U?

Unless otherwise advised, it is recommended to take two capsules daily half an hour before bedtime. Preferably on an empty stomach. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.

Maitake (Grifola frondosa), capsule wall (cellulose (hydroxypropyl methylcellulose)), St. John’s wort (Hypericum perforatum), brain tissue concentrate, bulking agent (microcrystalline cellulose (cellulose gel)), black cohosh (Cimicifuga racemosa), monk’s pepper, anti-caking agent (magnesium stearate).

Per 2 capsules: Maitake extract (250 mg)(polysaccharides (25%)), St. John’s wort extract (200 mg)(hypericin (0.3%)), Black cohosh extract (100 mg)(triterpene glycosides (2.5%)), Monk’s pepper extract/Vitex agnus castus extract (100 mg)(agnusides (0.5%), aucubin (0.4%)), Brain tissue concentrate (200 mg).
