How to take Vital Plus Woman?

It is recommended to mix the food with juice or vegetable drink and shake well.

• Adults: Take 1 tablespoon per dose for the first three days. After that, increase the dose by 2 to 4 tablespoons per dose as needed.
• Children (3 to 12 years): Take 1/2 tablespoon per feeding for the first three days. Then, increase the amount to 1 or 2 tablespoons per feeding as needed.

One heaped tablespoon is equivalent to approximately 20 g of Kifood.
