How to take Karoti-take maitake?

A dosage is recommended according to age and condition:
Preventive: in children 1 drop 2 times/day and in adults 1-2 drops 1-2 times/day.
Treatment: in children 2-3 drops 2-3 times/day and in adults 3-4 drops 2-3 times/day.
Critical condition: in children 3 drops 3 times/day and in adults 4 drops 4 times/day.
Diluted in water, juice, or milk.
